Earlier this week, I received an email from Ande at Everybodywalk.org . He desired to partner with me (my blog) to help share the love of MOVEMENT and FITNESS – walking with you!
Every Body Walk! is an online educational campaign aimed at getting Americans up and moving. A walking hub, www.everybodywalk.org, contains news and resources on walking, health information, walking maps, how to find walking groups, a personal pledge form to start walking as well as a place to share stories about individual experiences with walking.

There are many benefits of walking: reduce and prevent diabetes, heart disease, depression – and even some forms of cancer!
We all have what it takes to stay healthy, happy and strong! We just need our feet and the motivation to get moving!
