As a fitness blogger and FitFluential Ambassador, I am lucky to try some amazing products from some amazing brands. A few weeks ago, I was sent a package from Puma. I was sent a pair of their FoamLite Ultra Women’s Training Shoes, a pair of their Tech Performance 3/4 Tights, and a pink Tech Performance Long Tank Top.
Check out my review of these products as well as a fun little park bench workout, work-out you can do while your kiddos enjoy the cooler temperatures of fall!
I have received so many compliments on my FoamLite Puma shoes!! I cannot even tell you what a fun color they are! They are also super light and very flexible. The shoe is so light and flexible you can even fold it in half!! It is what I would consider a minimalist shoe, as there is no padding.
I have chosen to not run in these shoes for my longer distance runs. However, I do run in these shoes for my speed work, and love these for my cross training days in the gym. I even climbed some stadium stairs for my marathon training a few weeks ago. These shoes were light and functioned very well!
Does this puma fitness outfit make me look like a super fast runner? Because I totally felt like it when I was wearing it!!
I absolutely love the capris. They are comfortable yet snug and I kid you not… they make my butt look GOOD! I also like their coolCELL technology which helps regulate temperature (basically prevents moisture from collecting and ultimately causing you to chafe or worse!).
The long pink tank top was very light and flowy. It would be perfect to wear on a super hot day, as the fabric is light and loose. It has dryCELL technology to keep you dry. The purpose of the loose fit is for optimized freedom of movement. I totally rocked my stadium/stair run in this fly pink outfit! I think it helped me rock my workout!
Training for my first full marathon requires a lot of time and dedication to my training plan. I spend a lot of time on my feet running. When I am not running, I am doing a different kind of running… chasing my kids.
We have enjoyed spending our afternoons at the neighborhood park. This is where I get to be creative with my cross training while playing with them. I call it my Puma Fitness Park Bench Work-Out.
Most parks have a park bench. You know, so moms or dads can sit while we watch our children play. Now you don’t have an excuse. We all have a few minutes in our day to move and get a quick workout in. You can do this simple workout while you watch the kids play at the park (keeping in mind they are old enough to play independently). Find your park bench… and let’s get to work!
You do 25 reps of each movement for a set of three times.
The middle movement, a plank hold, hold each (3) plank as long as you can before moving on.
Focus on good form. It isn’t a race. Taking breaks to tackle, chase or save children from the playground structure is totally okay. Heck, even throwing an interval of freeze tag or chase is always a good idea. The main idea is to get moving.
Your children are watching you… even when you think they aren’t. They will see YOU working out and making a positive change in your life. Soon they will be wanting to join you in your workout at the park!
I am mom who is into fitness and love receiving fitness gear to try out and share with you. I am not a fitness professional. Please use discretion when following my workout above. I am simply a goofy mom who works out at the park while her kids play… and would love to encourage you to be active with your children too.
Thank you to FitFluential and Puma Fitness for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.

I LOVE MY PUMA CAPRIS that they supplied me with! They’re tight but not suffocating!!! I love the push-ups on the bunch (feet on the bench) idea, makes your form that much better 🙂
