The Polar A300 is a fitness and activity monitor that does so many awesome things to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
The A300 is a daily activity watch (tracker) that does more than track steps. You can change your band (multiple colors), log your daily activity, have your device alert you if you are inactive too long, measures heart rate, track your sleep, and measure your progress. Not only is it a good looking watch you can wear all.day.long , it is one that will help you with your health and fitness goals.

The A300 has the Fitness Test feature that tells you exactly how your fitness is progressing by measuring your aerobic fitness at rest and evaluating your maximal oxygen uptake. This is an excellent feature to measure how you are improving your fitness.
Working out with a heart rate monitor is a great way to measure and monitor how hard (or little) you are working out. When paired up with the Polar H7 heart rate sensor, you can measure every heartbeat. This lets you know if you are mostly burning fat or improving your fitness. Using a heart rate monitor can help you gauge a better calorie burn as well as how much rest and recovery is needed.

The vibration feature of the A300 is something the Polar Loop and the Polar M400 do not have that I wish it did. I would like the gentle vibration (or beep) to alert me for specific features.
