This post was sponsored by GOJO Industries, the makers of PURELL® Advanced Hand Sanitizer. The opinions are completely my own based on my experience.
School has been in session for one full week, and already we have encountered our first bout of germs. The two little boys have come home with a mild fever and sore throats (not strep throat thank goodness). This unfortunate event has prompted me to join PURELL for their 30 Day Challenge. I want to do all I can to help reduce the spread of illness-causing germs.
These hands are super cute to hold. Yet, those same hands carry so many gross germs. Scientific outcome studies provide evidence that hand hygiene, including the use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, like PURELL ® Advanced Hand Sanitizer, can help to reduce the spread of illness-causing germs. Sounds good to me! Goodbye germs!
We all know that it is important to wash and sanitize your hands. So me sharing with you the why and when you should wash your hand pointers would be silly. However, sometimes when we are out and about we do not have soap and water available to clean our hands (camping, hiking, or impromptu adventures).
When soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, like PURELL® Advanced Hand Sanitizer, that contains as least 60% alcohol. Even when hands are visibly dirty, it’s always best to clean them with soap and water, but new PURELL® Advanced Sanitizing Wipes can now help remove dirt and eliminate germs.
I am helping protect my family from the back-to-school germs by attaching a small hand sanitizer to each boy’s backpack as well as my purse. I also carry individual (purse sized) sanitizer in our sports bag, car, and purse. This mama is prepared to fight germs !
Join me for the PURELL 30-Day Challenge! Help keep you and your family healthy for a great start to the school year. Watch Audrey and Vera’s kick-off video explaining more about the challenge.

My family and I are adamant about using hand sanitizer, too. But alas, my son hasn’t been to school for a full month, and we all have been sick with a cold after being sick-free for a few months.
