I mentioned a few days ago, that I have had the privilage of trying out Pete Cohen’s Weight Loss Program… for FREE!
I am just getting started to start Part 2. I am excited and a little nervous to see what is in store for me over the course of the next 21 days (or so).
I will share with you my answers, with the intention and hopes that it will help hold me accountable.
The three tools that I am going to begin my focus on will be:

Eat Slowly – enjoy and taste my food

Eating only when I am hungry – becoming aware of how hungry I actually am.

Eat Natural Foods – not processed
I find that I don’t struggle with living an active lifestyle… I love to work out and be active. What I struggle with is my eating choices… and healthy choices. I just need to eat how I feed my children… but that would require me to re-program MY brain. 😛 Which I am working on.
I understand that in order to reach my weightloss goal it will take a while… as I am nursing and plan to continue nursing until Mr. T self-weans (probably in another year or so). Weightloss for me, will be a slow process… but I know that if I eat healthy and cut out the excess junk/sugar/processed junk then my weight loss WILL happen… and it will be a healthy weight loss (good even while nursing)!!
I am going to visualize what I want – my weight loss and fitness goals.
I can picture myself playing soccer wtih my boys… being the hot mama that I am… healthy, active, happy!
