It is mid-September, the leaves are beginning to change, and there is a crisp smell of fall in the air. However, here in northern California the temperatures are still hovering in the mid 90’s. This makes my cardigan loving, layer wearing, soup simmering and bread baking self a bit sad. However, the warmer temperatures still make for lovely park and pool fun.
Even though it is not super hot, it is still important to stay hydrated. After all water is vital for many of our body functions. Keeping in tune with my focus for this week: nutrition and cravings, I am really keeping an eye of my water intake.
My children and I always have our water bottles with us. My boys use their Nalgene water bottles that are identified by cute name tag labels. I have a smorgasbord of water bottles that line my counters, car, and cabinets. There is never a lack of water bottles for me. I try to stay on top of my hydration needs by always having a water bottle near me.
My latest water bottle find is an Eco Bottle. Eco Bottle is a reusable bottle unlike anything else on the market. It brings style through sustainability with its designer collections and customizable opening options. It is a leak proof and BPA free bottle!
Although I am not a huge fan of drinking water from a straw, quirky quirk I know, this is great for those who like to go on long bike rides. The extended drinking top/straw would be a great addition to a road bike to stay hydrated during a long ride, or triathlon.
