For some reason, Monday mornings always seem to be the biggest and most stressful day of the week. Take a deep breath, think good thoughts, and know that you are not alone. However, what I want to share with you today is the effects of what stress can do to your body.
Stress is a nasty thing. It doesn’t do any good. Just like worry… it just gives you something to do… it isn’t productive.
“Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Matthew 6:34
When you feel stressed I encourage you to find a healthy, productive outlet to release that stress. Run, bike, hike, walk or even punch a punching bag. Talk with a friend. Talk to God and tell Him all about your stress and worry.
Stress is not a good thing. It does crazy things to your body. Here is to hoping you have a stress free Monday and a totally awesome week!

Ambition good, stress bad. It doesn’t help anything and just makes everything worse. No wonder it takes such a toll on the body!
