Hi friends! I hope you are enjoying your weekend. I have been enjoying a busy family weekend (as usual)… with lots of ups and downs that typical family activities bring. Those activities can be stressful and often lead me to stress eat.
Ya’ll know how much I love chocolate chip cookies… and when I saw this image of Cookie Monster on my pinterest feed, I just had to share with you! “Oh Em Gee… I can’t lose weight. It must be my trainer’s fault!”
I encourage you (and me) to stay on course and focused with your goals. I am sharing my struggle with you to help hold me accountable. To possibly help motivate and encourage you to take responsibility for your actions.
It isn’t the trainers fault, the video, the diet plan, or your husband’s fault you are the way you are… you do the things you do… you are a big girl… time to put on your big girl panties! Time to be responsible and be held accountable for your actions.
